Job Description
A car wash attendant is an individual that works in an outdoor setting with the responsibility of helping to handle the cleaning of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. They’re also responsible for the provision of exceptional service to customers.
A car wash attendant is expected to be strong and energetic, have exceptional customer service skills, capable of working alone and as a member of a team, able to effectively work under pressure, and capable of thriving under little or no supervision.
What you’ll be doing?
- Cleaning of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Help in maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle
- Provision of exceptional service experience to customers
- Washing and scrubbing of the vehicle exterior
- Application of the right cleaning agents to remove stains
- Proper washing and polishing of the vehicle windows
- Report any fault or discrepancies to the customer
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capable of working alone and as a member of a team
- Able to effectively work under pressure
- Capable of thriving under little or no supervision
- Must be strong and energetic
- Must be able to carry a load
- Must have previous experience working in such a field
